Surrounded by nature,
a stone’s throw
from the sea
Agriturismo La Tenuta is located in the Natural Park of San Rossore, in the quiet of a green reserve of rare beauty, including a lush 19-hectare garden and cultivated fields.
The natural landscape is truly unique and extends through the woods to the coast. In the woods you can walk in silence among oaks, alder, ash, oaks and pines, hearing the birds singing on the old pines. Crossing the bush, rich in maritime pine tree, mock privet, strawberry trees and juniper, you will reach the dune areas. With bicycles that we provide to our guests, you can quickly reach the coast to the free beach Lecciona, certainly the most beautiful wild shore in the Park. The path you can do on foot, just in front of the Tenuta Borbone, in Lecciona dune area, is characterized by wooden bridges that allow the crossing of ponds, water-filled in the winter, when the deciduous forest reaches throughout its height. It is a truly impressive sight. In addition to free beach Lecciona, there is beach with entry fee along the coast.
As a guest you can sample the many products offered by the wide surrounding countryside, with honey and all in-season plant varieties.
If lucky you could receive visits from fallow deers, that in the morning come look out into the garden to greet onlookers.
The farm is a special place to spend a period of relaxation, surrounded by unspoilt nature, breathing in the scents of the forest and the sea of Versilia, just around the corner.
The owner, who resides in the farm near, is always very helpful and will help guests for any need.
